Ms. Kel Raleigh

Kel Raleigh, MFA, CF APMP, is a Proposal and Marketing Manager at K2, Inc., where they bring a creative writer’s perspective to business development, strategic communication, and proposal management. They earned an MFA in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts, with a focus on writing and publication design, from the University of Baltimore. Before entering the proposal profession, Kel taught writing in higher education, an experience that continues to shape their approach to communication, storytelling, and professional development. Their interests include creative writing, human-centered approaches to AI and business communication, community building, and baseball. An active speaker and volunteer within the proposal community, Kel serves as Chair of APMP’s Pride Affinity Group and was named to APMP’s 40 Under 40, recognizing emerging leaders making an impact on the profession.
