Prof. Dr. Anetta Čaplánová

Anetta Čaplánová is a university professor at the Bratislava University of Economics and Finance. She specialises in public finance, behavioural economics, and sustainable development, and serves as a lead expert in multiple EU-funded international projects focused on innovation, digital skills, and higher-education reform. Her work bridges academic research with practical policy impact, particularly in financial literacy and sustainable development education. She has been recognised for her contribution to higher-education internationalisation and curriculum innovation within Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and regional development initiatives. She is a well published academic and a passionate educator. Beyond academia, she focuses on healthy longevity, yoga, and holistic well-being.

Prof. Dr. Banu Baybars

Prof. Dr. Banu Baybars is a Professor of Communication at Kadir Has University, specializing in strategic communication, crisis communication, public relations, media and politics, and conflict studies. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Public Relations from Istanbul University and a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her scholarly work includes numerous SSCI-indexed articles, international book chapters, and edited volumes on media systems, polarization, terrorism, and public opinion. She has coordinated nationally funded research projects and EU-supported initiatives on media, society, and democratic resilience. Baybars has received multiple Academic Encouragement Awards and was recognized as Kadir Has University’s Most Successful Academic of the Year. Her interests include media freedom, political communication, and the social impact of digital transformation.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ioannis Thanos

Ioannis Thanos is Associate Professor of Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business in Greece. Previously, he worked in the UK as Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management at Lancaster University Management School, Lancaster University and as Lecturer in Management at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business, an MSc in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Warwick, UK, a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice from the University of Glasgow and a PhD in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has published in journals including: British Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, Long Range Planning, Strategic Organization, International Small Business Journal, International Business Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, European Management Journal, Journal of Strategy and Management, Journal of General Management, Strategic Change, M@n@gement.

Prof. Dr. Insaf Ben Ghanem

Dr. Insaf Ben Ghanem is a University professor and Researcher in Management at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Management of Kairouan, Tunisia. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Higher School of Economic and Commercial Sciences of Tunis, where she graduated with highest honors. Her academic background also includes a Research Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Her research focuses on knowledge management capabilities, digital transformation, business model innovation, and organizational performance. She has published several articles in international journals and presented her work at major academic conferences such as MICMEF, ECKM, EUREKA and the Frontiers in Marketing Research Conference. Dr. Ben Ghanem teaches courses including International Management, Entrepreneurial Culture, Strategic Management, and Management Fundamentals.She is passionate about digital innovation, artificial intelligence in management, and research development. She has also received training in AMOS, NVivo, OPALE, and fuzzy methodology.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merle Ojasoo

Merle Ojasoo, Ph.D, is Associate Professor at Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia) in the School of Business and Governance, teaching Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Change Management. Her primary research and project interests are CSR and the ethics of environmental, social, and governance aspects (ESG). She has published several scientific articles and has participated in various conferences. She serves on the editorial board and as a referee for many journals and conferences. Merle Ojasoo has been involved in many international teaching and research projects. She has conducted numerous training and consulting activities on ESG issues, new EU sustainability regulations and related reporting frameworks.

Dr. Estera Szakadatova

Estera Szakadatova is a post-graduate researcher at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where she focuses on behavioural economics, investor decision-making, and pension-saving behaviour in Slovakia. She previously worked as a Junior Policy Analyst at the OECD, contributing to the work of the Measuring Regulatory Performance team withing the Public Governance Directorate, where she contributed to several flagship OECD publications. During her PhD studies, Ester was also a teaching and research assistant and has been involved in multiple international research projects on digitalisation, public policy and behavioural interventions. She holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia, an MSc in Policy Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and a BSc in Economics and Finance from Cardiff University, UK. Her interests include behavioural science, financial markets, public policy and ESG. She is a recipient of several academic honours and international research awards.

Dr. Konstantin A. Chernyshev

Konstantin A. Chernyshev is a Senior Researcher at the Laboratory of Digital Demography of the Federal Center of Theoretical and Applied Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (FCTAS RAS). He holds degrees from Vyatka State University and Perm State University, completed postgraduate studies in 2006, and earned a PhD in Geography specializing in social and economic geography. His research focuses on regional dimensions of social and demographic development, internal migration in Russia, population distribution, and the use of diverse data sources to study migration and demographic processes. Dr. Chernyshev has served as Principal Investigator on projects funded by the Russian Science Foundation, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, and Presidential grants for young scientists. He is a member of the Russian Geographical Society, and his scholarly profile can be found via ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3543-4776.

Dr. Pupjana Kole

Dr. Pupjana Kole is an experienced educator and researcher with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) specializing in leadership and organizational behavior. Her research focuses on emotional intelligence, strength-based leadership, and employee performance in the oil and gas sector. She also brings university-level teaching experience in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, while promoting inclusive, student-centered learning environments that foster curiosity, confidence, and academic growth. Dr. Kole is a former Country Coordinator for the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where she led educational and peace-building initiatives. She has presented at international conferences and was a Guest Speaker at the Global Educational Symposium (G.E.S.) on “LOVE, a Human Right” hosted by Community College Baltimore County, USA, in May 2021. She is passionate about leadership development, organizational effectiveness and contributes actively to ongoing global discussions on modern leadership and organizational resilience across diverse cultural contexts in the Middle East and Europe.

Dr. Zeineb Essid

Dr. Zeineb Essid is a Doctor in Management and a university lecturer in Management at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Management of Kairouan, Tunisia. Her research focuses on human resource management, leadership, organizational learning, and innovation. Recently, she has been particularly interested in the emerging role of Artificial Intelligence in leadership and its implications for employee well-being, especially within the MENA region. She looks forward to sharing her findings and exploring how organizations can become more adaptive, creative, and resilient.

Mr. Abdulghaphor Hajjieh

Abdulghaphor is a Research Associate in the Macroeconomic Policy Analysis Program at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, specializing in macroeconomics and finance. He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Kansas and a BSc in Economics from the Kuwait University. His prior professional experience includes positions at the International Monetary Fund and Safat Investment Company, where he contributed to macroeconomic and financial analysis. He also received economic training through the U.S. Department of State. His research interests focus on monetary policy, financial markets, and economic/financial communication.

Mr. Arseniy Sitkovskiy

Arseniy Sitkovskiy – Researcher at the Digital Demography Laboratory and Junior Researcher at the Department of Geourban Studies and Spatial Demography of the Federal Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences; Junior Research at the Institute of Language, Culture, and Management and Assistant at the Department of Public and Municipal Administration at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba (RUDN University). Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Public and Municipal Administration, Master of Public Policy in Territorial Development Management, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). Developed a methodology for forming a system of "central places", approved by Russian Government Order No. 4132-r dated December 23, 2022. Ms. Lim Ee Ai

Lim Ee Ai is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management at King's University College, Malaysia. Her research is informed by more than a decade of extensive industry experience as a Senior Costing Executive at Hup Seng Perusahaan Makanan (M) SDN BHD, Malaysia, where she specialises in cost trend analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting within the fast–moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Her expertise is built on a strong academic foundation, including a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with Distinction from the University of West of Scotland and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT) in New Zealand. Her professional interests are complemented by a passion for lifelong learning, particularly in the areas of self-management and leadership. Outside her professional pursuits, she maintains balance by playing the piano and enjoying both classical and light music.

Ms. Derya Yurt

Derya Yurt is a Ph.D. candidate in Business Analytics at Sabancı University. Her research focuses on psychological pricing, consumer behavior, reference price formation in online markets, and pricing decisions under inflation. Prior to her doctoral work, she held senior executive roles in leading Turkish organizations across banking (QNB Finansbank), telecommunications (Turkcell, Avea, Türk Telekom), payment systems, and software. She brings over 20 years of corporate experience in marketing, segmentation, product development, and revenue management, with expertise in nationwide strategic projects, mergers, P&L ownership, and regulated markets. She currently serves as Vice President of Business Value Management at an international software company.

Mr. Ikechukwu Torti

Ikechukwu Torti is a procurement and supply chain strategist and researcher driving innovation in technology, sustainability, and modern procurement practices. A Fellow of the Artificial Intelligence Management & Finance Institute (AIMFIN), he brings over nine years of experience across Nigeria and the United Kingdom, currently contributing to customer experience, risk management, and digital transformation at Lloyds Banking Group. Iyanu’s work focuses on advancing safe, transparent, and inclusive AI-driven financial solutions. Ms. Juliet Mirambo

Juliet Mirambo is an innovative leader in integrated supply chain operations with an academic background in engineering and chemistry. currently part of MilliporeSigma’s Operations Leadership Development Program, a three-year rotational program that develops future manufacturing and supply chain leaders. As a process optimization lead she strengthens global demand planning and material flow by creating end-to-end process maps and forecasting strategies for configurable materials under a €250 million planning core model while exploring AI to improve accuracy and agility. Outside of her day-to-day role in process optimization, Juliet volunteers with MilliporeSigma’s SPARK™ program, mentoring students and leading hands-on experiments in the Curiosity Cube—a mobile lab that inspires future STEM minds.

Ms. Tanisha Sen

Tanisha Sen is a BBA Finance and Economics student at CHRIST (Deemed-to-be University), with a developing academic focus on financial markets, macroeconomic behaviour, and data-driven research. Her work explores how economic indicators influence the valuation and performance of digital platforms in emerging economies, with a particular interest in the intersection of technology, consumption, and financial outcomes. Tanisha’s analytic foundation is strengthened by her experience in the Finance Department at Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) and her completion of Deloitte Australia’s Data Analytics Simulation, where she worked with real-world datasets and dashboarding tools. Dr. Ogundare Olusegun Samuel

Dr. Ogundare Olusegun Samuel holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University, an M.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, and PhDs in Management Science and Business Administration. His expertise spans leadership, organizational development, training, performance management, and recruitment. He has consulted widely across sectors and published numerous scholarly works locally and internationally. Dr. Ogundare contributed to Lagos State’s mega city plan under the 2008 World Bank Investment Climate Program. He is the CEO of Intellectual Edge Services, an associate consultant to several firms, and the pioneer Registrar/Secretary of the Institute of Business Analyst & Process Management. He enjoys research and mentoring and is married with three daughters.

Mrs. Hlengiwe Nzama-Mqeke

Hlengiwe Nzama-Mqeke is a PhD candidate in Commerce (Management) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, with research focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), SMEs, and capacity development. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Psychology and Management, an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management, and a Master of Commerce (MCom) in Management. Hlengiwe currently serves as academic admin support staff at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) and brings experience in academic assessment and supervision through her engagements with MANCOSA University, Regent College, and formerly UNISA. She is an accredited Life Coach with COMENSA, a SETA-accredited assessor, and a mentor with both HERS-SA and EmpowHER SA at CPUT. As an entrepreneur, Hlengiwe leads a professional development business with a focus on leadership, coaching, and training. Her work bridges academic research and practical application, promoting inclusive growth and ethical leadership within emerging economies.

Dr. Mohammad Al-Dwiry

Dr. Mohammad Al-Dwiry is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences at the Hashemite University. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance from the Faculty of Business at the University of Málaga in 2013. Prior to joining Hashemite University, he served at Al-Ahliyya Amman University as an Assistant Professor in Finance and Banking. His research interests include E-Banking, Investment, Risk Management, Asset Pricing Models, and Simulation-Based Econometric Methods. Dr. Al-Dwiry is a recipient of the prestigious CFA Prize awarded by the CFA Society Jordan in recognition of his contributions to the field of finance.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zyad Marashdeh

Dr. Zyad Marashdeh is an Associate Professor of Finance at Hashemite University, Jordan, where he has served since 2014. He earned his bachelor's degree from Al-Yarmouk University in 2005, a master's from Salford University, UK, in 2007, and a PhD in Finance from the University of Central Lancashire, UK, in 2014. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Vice Dean of the Business School for Quality Assurance and Accreditation and was Head of the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences from 2017 to 2019. He has published extensively in refereed journals on topics such as ownership, corporate performance, corporate governance, economic phenomena, and green finance, contributing to the growing body of knowledge in finance and economic finance.

Dr. Philip Maymin is the Director of Asset Allocation Strategies at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2022. Prof. Inci is a prolific researcher in Finance. His book ‘Contemporary Issues in Quantitative Finance’ was recently published by Routledge in April 2023. His research activity focuses on exchange rate movements, corporate governance, emerging markets, oil and energy, futures, flight to quality, contagion at markets and financial institutions, gender gap at the workplace, insider trading, intraday volatility, and market efficiency. He has more than 40 publications, many of them published at top journals such as Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Financial Management, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Global Finance Journal, and others. He is on the editorial board of many academic journals. He has also taught numerous different classes in international finance and business, investments, corporate finance, foundations of financial theory, financial analytics, and financial engineering. He is the CAIA representative, AASCB program consultant and reviewer, among many other service activities.

Prof. Dr. Berit Sandberg has been a professor of business administration at HTW Business School, University of Applied Sciences Berlin, since 2003. Her research interest is on intersections between arts and business including art-based learning as well as on leadership development and entrepreneurship education.

Hayat Farag

Hayat Farag is an independent data analyst and junior researcher. With over 15 years of experience, she held senior managerial and executive roles in various industries, ranging from the pharmaceutical to the import and export sectors. Besides, her combined interest in crafts, recycling, and greening of businesses has led Hayat to establish a start-up business concerning creating handmade art pieces from wastepaper, plastics, and eggshells. As a result, many TV programs and newspaper articles reported her achievements in this area. Also, she won the prize of Best Women Entrepreneur in Egypt (Fourth Place) from Shell company and the British Council in 2014/2015. Hayat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Alexandria University, Egypt, 2005), an MBA and an Academic Master’s degree in Business Administration (Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, Egypt, 2018 and 2022, respectively).
