Syeda Fatima Hussain is a UK-based researcher and Student Support Consultant at Bright Future Consultancy. She holds an MSc in International Business from Ulster University and a BBA (Hons) in Finance from Hazara University. She also holds a Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement and is currently completing a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Her research spans Human Resource Management, AI-enabled business practices, employee engagement, digital consumer behavior, and sustainability in emerging markets, with multiple peer-reviewed publications. Fatima’s scholarly work on student-led research was notably featured by QA Higher Education. In addition to her academic research, she brings extensive industry experience across banking and customer relationship management, including roles at Habib Metropolitan Bank and HBL.
